MENTORING TERMS OF SERVICE

MarketingCoach.ie aims to provide an expert, efficient and effective mentoring service. The information below provides a summary of the terms and conditions of that service.

HOW WE WORK

RELATIONSHIP

Our goal is to provide a high-quality service and develop a long-standing and trusted relationship with our clients. Once you have accepted our proposal and you decide to work with us, we will provide you with a formal engagement letter. This outlines the scope of the project.

FEES

Mentoring fees are paid in advance via paypal or bank transfer. If you would like to book more than one session the fee and the time will be agreed in advance and paid via bank transfer in advance of the sessions.

TERMS OF SERVICE

We want to make sure our clients understand our services and what to expect when engaging our company. Agreeing terms of service is important to prevent any misunderstanding at a later stage. Please read each carefully and tick to confirm that you have read and understood each element.

  • This Agreement sets out the terms upon which the Mentor and Mentee agree to participate a mentoring session with Marketing Coach.ie. The Mentor (“MarketingCoach.ie”) agrees to provide mentoring and advice to the Mentee, (“the client”), in connection with the Mentee's business and the Mentee agrees to accept such mentoring. The purpose of the Mentoring Session is to help the Mentee develop new skills that could help the Mentee to promote, innovate and grow their business. The terms of this Agreement, once executed shall be binding on the parties.

    IT IS HEREBY AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
    • The Mentee agrees that any advice given by the Mentor is dependent on the prevailing circumstances at the time and is subject to implementation, adaptation and interpretation by the Mentee.
    • The Mentee may choose not to make any changes to their business suggested by the Mentor, and/or implement knowledge gained depending on the Mentee’s own circumstances and action following the advice.
    • In all cases the advice being given by the Mentor will be given in good faith and with the best interests of the Mentee taken into account.
    • The Mentor is not a professional business consultant and under the terms of this Agreement they will not become actively involved in the day-to-day management or assume the role of executive or director in the craft-enterprise/ assignment.
    Indemnity and Undertakings
    • The Mentee agrees and confirms that the Mentor provides opinions and expertise in her given field of craft enterprise, which is not intended to be specifically prescriptive and is offered only as advice to be considered and therefore will be held responsible for any business decisions taken as a result.
    • The Mentee shall indemnify the Mentor against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of reputation) suffered or incurred by the Mentor arising out of or in connection with any advice or opinion given by the Mentor.
    • The Mentor and the Mentee agree and undertake to ensure that neither party will impart or disclose to any third-party product or service sensitive knowledge, information and/or processes which may arise from the Mentoring Session.
    • The Mentor and the Mentee agree and undertake to ensure that neither party will impart to any third party any specific confidential business-related information and/or processes which may arise from the Mentoring Session. The provisions of this clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
    General
    • This Agreement and all documents to be entered into in connection herewith shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland to settle any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement and/or such other document.
    • This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original and all of which when taken together shall constitute this Agreement.
    • This document has been executed as a deed and delivered and takes effect on the date stated at the beginning of the form, top of page.
