Muireann is an award-winning business owner and provides marketing and business training to entrepreneurs who want to grow their business. In the last 10 years, Muireann, through MarketingCoach.ie has provided training and mentoring to small business owners/managers on idea generation, business planning, marketing, social media and entrepreneurial leadership. She also runs the digital brands www.brandedcourses.ie and www.digitalpractice.ie. Muireann has trained over 10,000 SME business owners since 2012 and has evaluated over 600 business plans as a QQI evaluator on QQI Level 5 and 6 qualifications in Business Planning as part of ETB, Solas and Springboard programmes.

Muireann is also on the National Executive for Network Ireland and developed the Mentoring for Success Programme for the organisation, a free peer to peer mentoring programme for female business women in Ireland. She is passionate about creativity, marketing, leadership and entrepreneurship.

Anne-Marie Macken is a qualified coach, trainer, financial advisor and accountant. She has 15 years’ experience in credit, debt management and financial analysis roles in Bank of Ireland’s mid- corporate sector. Through MarketingCoach.ie and Money Coaching Ireland, she offers one-on-one coaching, financial training and education and employee financial well-being packages.

Anne-Marie believes that financial well-being can be achieved whatever your current financial situation may be and her work supports people to experience this for themselves. Anne-Marie’s training, qualifications and experience means that she is uniquely positioned to deliver training around the internal mindset shifts needed to have a better relationship with money as well as the external work required to improve both business performance and personal financial situations.

Hugh Fitzmaurice is a qualified life and business coach and owns the coaching business www.ClarityCoach.ie. Hugh delivers leadership and resilience workshops with small business owners, corporates and the education sector. He is a mindset and performance coach. He works with individuals and teams to help them optimize how they are experiencing their personal and professional lives. He trained as a life and business coach and is a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He works with clients one to one and in groups around the areas of resilience, leading yourself, stress management, anxiety, burn out, enhancing performance and flow and optimizing your state and mindset.

Hugh has over 20 years’ experience in the education sector working as a secondary school teacher. He created a social entrepreneurship initiative called www.learningrevolution.ie which hosted regular meetups and events to support teachers within the education system. He trained as a life and business coach and is a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also trained as a certified addiction coach.

Louisa Meehan is a HR Professional and Workplace Mediator with a proven track record in corporate and SME sectors. She owns Woodview HRM which specialises in providing expert Human Resource and Workplace Mediation Solutions to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through both consultancy and mentoring / training of Leaders and People Managers. Through Woodview HRM, she cover all HR needs during the employee lifecycle including HR policies, performance management, managerial development, workplace mediation, and disciplinary issues. As a MarketingCoach.ie trainer, she provides HR Management training for SME business owners and managers.

She has more than 15+ years HR experience in the financial and health sectors and currently lecturing in the area of Workplace Mediation, Negotiations, Human Resources, and Personal Development with clients from a range of industries. The focus is placed on real skills which can be brought back to the workplace. Her clients are from a range of industries including manufacturing, farming, professional services, property management, charity, public sector, retail etc.

Sarah Blake is a Sustainability Consultant who is striving to building greener business from the inside out. She is enthusiastic about communicating sustainability practices to businesses and individuals in a straightforward way, through talks, workshops and strategy. She believes that putting sustainability at the heart of what your business does will increase revenue, drive staff retention and reduce risk.

Sarah’s background is a combination of both Human Resources (CIPD Associate) and Horticulture (RHS trained). Sarah believes that companies can make a profit and be Planet Positive. After studying Sustainability at Cambridge University Sarah founded Earthology to help employees and their companies on their sustainability journey, one step at a time!

Karl O’Brien is an experienced digital marketing professional and the founder of Effector.ie, an agency specialising in web design and social media marketing services to SMEs and Multinationals. Past Clients include Audi, DCU, Greyhound Recycling, Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon and Marriott Hotels.

Karl is also the founder of StoreHero.ai an e-commerce sales & marketing platform to help e-commerce store owners analyse their performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
