About this Course

This course is being run by the Local Enterprise Office Waterford. It is facilitated by Muireann Fitzmaurice of MarketingCoach.ie and a team of specialists in the areas of finance, digital marketing, HR and sustainability. 

12 half day sessions of 3 hours each over the period of 6 months. Each session will be delivered every 2 weeks, with mentoring sessions at the start, mid programme, and towards the end of the programme.

1:1 Mentoring Sessions

Participants of this programme will receive 3 mentoring sessions over the programme duration.

  1. At the start of the course to assess the current stage of the business and identify current challenges and how each session of the course will help resolve these issues and support you to grow your business and build sustainable capability and capacity.
  2. Mid programme to discuss your learning progress and what is working and not for your business and what actions you need to take.
  3. The last session will be done towards the end of the programme to discuss the outcome of the course in your business, how to manage any challenges or issues that might come up, sustaining capability and capacity and next steps.

The sessions will focus on the practical challenges that the middle/senior managers are currently facing and an opportunity to set new goals, strategies and directions to ensure business progress and growth are constantly achieved and contingency plans are in place for any setbacks and lack of resources. These sessions will be very useful for developing action learning and action plans and will be highly practical and result-oriented.
