Week 1

Customer-Led Development

Let the customer help you design the perfect solution for them! Customer led development is about uncovering how to ask the right questions, understand the customer better and design solutions that fit your ideal customer. This session will prepare you for your client webinar and after to optimise your opportunity with the corporate clients.

Week 2

Credibility Builders

People buy people. You want to craft a story that enables the corporate clients to BELIEVE in you. To take that next step to work with an SME with the belief that you can deliver. This module gets you to think about ways you can build credibility factors into your corporate pitch.

Week 3

Innovation, Creativity, Disruption

Bring fresh thinking into your business. Boost the ways in which you look in and out of your business to create more growth opportunities in your SME.

Week 4

Strategy and Scaling

Corporate clients want to understand who they are doing business with. They want to understand your vision for your future and if you can grow with them as their business and your business grow. This session looks at how you articulate your growth strategy to target clients.

Week 5

International Marketing

Do you understand the elements of export and marketing to other countries. This module looks at key decisions and things to think about when developing an international strategy or working with international companies.
